• Serve as the main marketing partner for all three cluster leaders.
• Create and synchronize annual marketing plans with cluster strategies.
• Analyze SFDC funnel trends to pinpoint challenges and suggest corrective measures.
• Monitor and relay essential marketing metrics for both direct and indirect markets.
• Oversee Aquila’s marketing initiatives for New Product Introductions.
• Design and implement cohesive digital campaigns.
• Develop strategic and operational marketing plans for both direct and indirect markets.
• Maintain a strong understanding of clinical trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics.
• Identify and assist reference sites to promote adoption and clinical advocacy.
• Manage the planning and execution of regional congresses.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Extensive marketing experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or other regulated sectors.
• Demonstrated success in B2B and B2C marketing across both direct and indirect markets.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, multi-channel campaign development, analytics, and optimization.
• Experience in leading New Product Introductions (NPIs), including launch planning and field enablement.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret funnel metrics, identify trends, and derive insights.
• Experience as a strategic business partner to commercial leaders.
• Strong project management skills and a disciplined approach to execution.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30–40% within the Aquila region.
