This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team and marketing leader to develop long-range plans (LRP) for both Global and US markets, along with the investment strategy.
• Create a global value proposition and evidence strategy aimed at enhancing market adoption.
• Identify new product development requirements in relation to unmet market needs.
• Conduct market research and assist in formulating both short- and long-term strategies.
• Support portfolio strategy, including the product roadmap and lifecycle management.
• Aid in the market development strategy and identify key barriers to adoption.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and devise game theory strategies to optimize market share.
• Perform qualitative analysis, market segmentation, and pricing strategies.
• Establish global product launch plans, including go-to-market strategies and the creation of promotional materials for targeted audiences.
• Assist in executing strategies in key markets to drive growth, including developing KOL relationships, content creation/presentation for internal and external stakeholders, and training various sales channels.
• Work in collaboration with R&D, Clinical, Market Access, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Regional Marketing teams.
• A minimum of 4 years of marketing experience; prior experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is essential, with a preference for the spine and/or Orthobiologics sectors.
• Strong results-oriented mindset and analytical capabilities.
• Proven experience in conducting effective market research, pricing and reimbursement strategies, customer advocacy development, creative product/program innovation, messaging, and branding.
• Demonstrated project management skills within a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience in qualitative and competitive analysis.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
