This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of strategy and execution across various channels (digital, content, ABM, syndication) with a clear responsibility for MQLs, pipeline contribution, and lead quality.
• Manage metrics and the narrative behind them. Establish reporting infrastructure, monitor conversions throughout the funnel, and provide clear recommendations when adjustments are necessary.
• Engage directly with Salesforce and Marketo. Oversee campaign setup, lead routing, segmentation, and reporting.
• Guide external partners in lead generation, digital marketing, and marketing operations.
• Collaborate across marketing, growth, and product teams. Interpret funnel performance in a manner that establishes credibility with sales leadership.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations, with a strong history of driving pipeline success.
• Demonstrated capability to manage lead generation strategy from start to finish, including concept development, execution, and optimization.
• Proven experience in developing and scaling multi-channel campaigns that result in measurable business outcomes.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and modern marketing technology ecosystems such as intent data, AI-assisted optimization, and multi-touch attribution.
• Experience in managing external agencies, including providing direction and ensuring accountability for outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with regard to funnel metrics and the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, growth-stage environments—creating structure where it is currently lacking.
• Highly independent and proactive operator with a results-driven mindset.
