This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the development and implementation of the North America marketing strategy for Informatics solutions, ensuring alignment with the global portfolio strategy and regional commercial goals.
• Adapt global product strategies, positioning, and launch plans into market development, segmentation, messaging, and sales enablement initiatives tailored for North America.
• Assess digital health services and solutions that enhance the current informatics product portfolio specifically for the North American market.
• Deliver business cases advocating for investment in digital health services and solutions.
• Oversee launch planning and execution for Informatics and digital health products, features, and upgrades.
• Formulate a compelling North America value proposition for Informatics solutions and the digital health portfolio.
• Develop impactful sales tools, messaging, training materials, and customer-facing content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure successful commercialization.
• Track Informatics portfolio performance, including adoption, utilization, customer feedback, revenue contribution, and competitive positioning.
• Work closely with sales and service leadership to ensure field teams can effectively position Informatics within the broader QuidelOrtho value proposition.
• Assist in the creation of customer reference sites, case studies, peer-to-peer programs, webinars, conference messaging, and thought leadership content.
• Carry out additional work-related tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Informatics, or a related field.
• Generally requires at least 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in commercializing products or solutions within a regulated healthcare or diagnostics setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare and laboratory customer workflows and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to create marketing strategies, positioning, launch plans, segmentation, and sales enablement tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Established capability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and practical execution.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% overnight.
