
Senior Marketing Manager – CRO Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and enhance service messaging.
• Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads and support a growing sales team in reaching their objectives.
• Collaborate closely with sales and operational stakeholders to boost market awareness, reinforce value propositions, and expedite lead generation across essential service lines.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years of pertinent work experience in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, biotech, or healthcare sectors; an advanced degree combined with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience is an advantage.
• 6–8 years of experience in a marketing position with a successful history of independently managing projects, including those involving customer interactions.
• Proven experience in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services; specific expertise in Autoimmune and familiarity with broader clinical CRO services is highly desirable. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience that equips the individual with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the role.
• Documented success in organizing webinars and live events, including speaker coordination and promotional strategy.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the proficiency to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and status reporting.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with a proven record of effective stakeholder engagement.
• Capacity to identify and present data-driven insights that guide strategic decision-making.
• Proficient in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through active listening and thoughtful inquiry.
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end work processes, with the ability to evaluate and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Listens and responds with appropriate actions.
• Champions change initiatives and continuous process improvements.
