This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of all revenue streams for PFM across our two business units, aiming to scale the company from its current ARR to the 10M → 30M+ ARR range.
• Personally establish and manage vital firm relationships, develop the Commercial team, and implement the RevOps infrastructure (CRM, forecasting, attribution, reporting) necessary for scalable business operations.
• Combine traditional revenue leadership with the operational discipline required of a Chief Commercial Officer.
• Secure essential firm partner relationships within the first 90 days.
• Enhance the revenue generation engine across both business units.
• Foster retention, expansion, and maintain NRR above 100%.
• Develop the Commercial operating system.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles (CRO, VP Commercial, or Head of Revenue) within a high-growth environment.
• Experience in building and leading commercial teams of 10–25 across functions such as new business development, account management, and BDR/partnerships.
• Strong expertise in RevOps, including CRM, pipeline reporting, weighted forecasting, and attribution modeling.
• A builder mindset, with proven experience in establishing SOPs, playbooks, scorecards, and commercial operating cadences from the ground up.
• Possess strategic thinking, financial acumen, and clear communication skills at the executive level.
• Demonstrated success in driving NRR above 100% and scaling a commercial engine from 10M to 30M+ ARR.
• Exceptional asynchronous written communication skills — we operate in a remote-first environment.
