Senior Marketing Manager – CRO Experience Required

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field along with at least 12 years of pertinent work experience in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, biotech, or healthcare sectors.

• 6–8 years of experience in a marketing position with a demonstrated ability to independently manage projects, including customer-facing initiatives.

• Proven experience in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services; specific knowledge in Autoimmune and familiarity with broader clinical CRO services is a significant advantage.

• Successful track record in organizing webinars and live events, including speaker coordination and promotional strategies.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.

• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and status reporting.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with a history of effective stakeholder engagement.
