This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Take charge of the strategic planning and implementation of North America field marketing initiatives to enhance engagement, generate pipeline, and increase revenue.
• Lead the messaging, planning, launch, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including events.
• Oversee creative development, content support, campaign setup, and performance monitoring.
• Align with CPG and Life Sciences go-to-market teams to boost engagement from Sales, BD, and Inside Sales.
• Gather market insights, conduct performance analysis, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Manage budgets, timelines, ROI analysis, forecasting, vendor/agency relationships, and program governance.
• Develop and implement channel tactics across social media, AEO, GEO, SEO, content syndication, blogs, email, webinars, events, digital advertising, and direct mail.
• Ensure messaging for products and value propositions is consistent and accurate across regional programs and events.
• Formulate association membership strategies for go-to-market teams.
• Own KPIs and measurement frameworks; analyze performance data and enhance funnel conversion.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and enablement on targets, pipeline velocity, lead routing, SLAs, and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional program governance with product marketing, industry, digital, creative, demand operations, and legal/privacy teams.
• Spearhead marketing automation, segmentation, and orchestration strategies.
• Present program strategies and performance metrics to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Represent Blue Yonder at industry events, partner summits, and customer forums as necessary.
• 6–10 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Extensive experience in executing industry events/conferences, demand generation, field marketing, and strategic program ownership.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns and budgets, demonstrating measurable pipeline and revenue impact within a SaaS or enterprise software context.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing best practices, demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion, and nurturing programs.
• Familiarity with automation, CRM, and AI marketing tools such as Jasper, Claude, Copilot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in analytics and measurement, including KPI definition, dashboard development, cohort analysis, and funnel analysis.
• Experience collaborating with senior sales leaders and influencing cross-functional roadmaps and investments.
• Capable of managing agencies, external partners, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, suitable for executive presentations and cross-organizational alignment.
• Comfortable working with marketing technology and CRM systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Willingness to travel moderately, up to 25%.
• Experience in CPG, Life Sciences Manufacturing, supply chain, or related industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Wrike, 6Sense, Triblio, or Demandbase is a plus.
• An MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
