• Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to design, implement, and sustain large-scale, impactful multi-touch campaigns, including events, that engage consumers and enhance interaction.
• Oversee the agency of record strategy for the business unit, encompassing campaign strategy, optimal channel mix, budget oversight, performance analysis, and ensuring effective communication between PointClickCare and the agency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the industry, utilizing customer insights to create audience-focused derivative content.
• Guide the customer journey by identifying opportunities to leverage marketing automation for process improvement and visibility into lead quality.
• Investigate and enhance new marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage key audiences.
• Regularly analyze data reports and dashboards to track campaign outcomes and inform strategic decision-making for optimization.
• Manage multiple projects while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and frequent communication with executive-level stakeholders regarding marketing strategy, objectives, and campaign performance.
• Spearhead the creation of comprehensive account-based marketing strategies to be executed by Marketing Managers.
• Act as a team leader by providing training or coaching to enhance team members' skills and foster their professional growth.
• Anticipated travel is 10%.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Proven experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Experience in leading teams or mentoring junior members.
• Proficient in utilizing data and metrics to assess impact and identify areas for improvement.
• Familiarity with both paid and owned channels (e.g., email, onsite, etc.).
• Skilled in presenting ideas to executive levels within an organization to secure support for initiatives.
• Experience with Excel or Salesforce, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing account-based marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
