• Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to design, implement, and sustain large-scale, impactful multi-touch campaigns that include events, aimed at inspiring consumers and enhancing engagement.
• Take ownership of the agency of record strategy for the business unit, encompassing campaign strategy, optimal channel selection, budget oversight, performance analysis, and ensuring effective communication between PointClickCare and the agency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the industry by leveraging customer insights to create audience-focused derivative content.
• Drive the customer journey by exploring ways to utilize marketing automation for process improvement and gaining insights into lead quality.
• Conduct research and refine innovative marketing strategies to connect with and engage key audiences.
• Regularly analyze data reports and dashboards to track campaign results and inform strategic decision-making for optimization.
• Manage multiple projects while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and frequent communication with executive-level stakeholders concerning marketing strategy, objectives, and campaign performance.
• Spearhead the creation of comprehensive account-based marketing strategies to be executed by the Marketing Managers.
• Serve as a team leader by providing training or coaching to enhance skills and promote career growth.
• Anticipated travel is 10%.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Proven track record in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
• Experience in leading teams or mentoring junior members.
• Proficiency in using data and metrics to assess impact and identify areas for improvement.
• Familiarity with both paid and owned channels (e.g., email, onsite, etc.).
• Experience presenting ideas to executive-level audiences to obtain support for initiatives.
• Proficient in Excel or Salesforce (including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing account-based marketing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue.
