This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Recognize, prioritize, and pursue valuable opportunities within OEMs, fabless companies, IDMs, subcontractors, and the broader datacenter ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain senior-level customer and partner relationships that drive technology adoption and foster long-term revenue growth.
• Take ownership of the opportunity pipeline, forecast revenue, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet growth objectives.
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of the semiconductor packaging industry's dynamics, advanced thermal management packaging processes, and emerging customer requirements.
• Integrate and prioritize products and programs into a unified investment portfolio that aligns with risk, ROI, and long-term strategic goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and marketing teams to develop innovative, customer-focused product offerings.
• Supervise the creation of complex product strategies that align seamlessly with Solstice’s overall product roadmap.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Proven experience in advanced packaging and associated thermal management technologies.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development and/or strategic marketing positions.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth within the electronics sector through integrated business development and marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials, or a related discipline.
• Experience in global organizations and cross-functional leadership roles.
• Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy development.
• Capability to structure and negotiate complex agreements and partnerships.
