Senior Marketing Finance Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Oversee marketing expenditures, strategic planning, and assessment across various marketing domains (including performance marketing, public relations & branding, user campaigns, affiliates & KOLs, events & sponsorships).

• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing investments, extract insights on return on investment (ROI), and formulate impactful recommendations for executive leadership.

• Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure precise monthly financial reporting of marketing initiatives.

• Supply critical data insights to assist marketers in developing new or enhancing existing campaigns, while consistently identifying growth opportunities and providing data-driven recommendations (including spending guidance) to improve ROI and user acquisition.

• Manage complex datasets, ensuring that our marketing efforts are accurately tracked and assessed by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Foster relationships and work collaboratively with leaders across Marketing, Data, Regional teams, and Finance to address challenges.

• Propel ongoing process improvements, standardization, simplification, and enhancements in reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or strategic finance position supporting the Marketing function, or in a Marketing role focused on analytics & strategy with a finance background at a major internet company (B2C).

• Analytical problem solver with considerable experience in constructing intricate financial and/or operational models.

• Ability to create executive-level presentations and develop concise narratives that highlight key aspects of deliverables and subsequent action items.

• Proven ability to ask pertinent questions and exercise sound business judgment when engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI or experience in automation is considered an asset.

• Demonstrated aptitude for swiftly identifying and systematically addressing potential obstacles.
