This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Strategize, initiate, and enhance paid advertising initiatives across Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
• Develop custom audiences, establish lookalike audiences, and oversee remarketing efforts to boost conversion rates.
• Execute Conversion API and tracking implementations to guarantee data precision and campaign effectiveness.
• Establish and oversee marketing workflows within HubSpot.
• Track key performance indicators (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, etc.) and provide recommendations based on insights.
• Collaborate closely with content and design teams to create captivating creatives and compelling ad copy.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency.
• In-depth knowledge of SEM, SEO, paid advertising (Google, Meta, etc.), and performance marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients concurrently.
• A data-driven approach with the capability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
