• Create and develop marketing materials across both digital and print platforms, including presentation decks, one-pagers, brochures, email templates, social media visuals, digital advertisements, and landing page designs.
• Uphold and enhance Bankjoy's brand identity, ensuring uniformity across all customer interactions.
• Establish and manage a collection of reusable design templates that enable the wider team to independently create on-brand content.
• Partner with the Product Marketing team to craft engaging visual stories for product launches, feature announcements, and materials for sales support.
• Design visually appealing pitch decks, client presentations, and materials for RFP responses.
• Create assets for webinars, virtual events, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Develop event-specific creative, including booth graphics, signage, banners, promotional merchandise concepts, and conference materials for trade shows and Bankjoy's annual client conference (Elevate).
• Ensure all event materials are consistent with the brand and delivered punctually.
• Design graphics for social media, LinkedIn content, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Assist with visual updates for the website and design landing pages in collaboration with the marketing team.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing design, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services sectors.
• A robust portfolio that showcases a diverse range of skills in brand, digital, and print design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Experience collaborating directly with marketing and product marketing teams in a dynamic startup or growth-stage environment.
• Capability to handle multiple projects at once, meet deadlines, and work autonomously without extensive supervision.
• Strong communication skills — adept at giving and receiving constructive feedback and proactively identifying challenges.
• Nice to Have: Skills in motion graphics or video editing, along with experience using Webflow, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms.
