Senior Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in shaping the evolution of the TrustedHousesitters brand as it expands into larger markets.

• Serve as a leader within the TrustedHousesitters creative studio.

• Manage ongoing paid social campaigns from initial concept to final delivery.

• Generate independent creative ideas and coordinate small teams, typically involving a copywriter.

• Present compelling, goal-oriented concepts to the senior team.

• Bring the brand to life through motion graphics, animation, and video content.

• Oversee motion projects across the studio.

• Assist with larger brand activation briefs, which include photography, motion shoots, and events.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Design Lead on significant brand campaign initiatives.

• Develop and enhance the brand’s overall look and feel.

• Create campaign visuals and digital content across paid, organic, and owned channels.

• Rapidly prototype and iterate using modern workflows, including generative AI tools.

• Lead the studio's tooling efforts.

• Optimize creative outputs based on performance data and insights.

• Provide peer feedback and offer mentorship to junior studio members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in senior marketing design.

• Proven ability to lead creative concepts and present goal-oriented ideas to senior stakeholders.

• Expertise in creating bold and distinctive advertising while ensuring customer trust.

• Experience managing projects from initial concept through to final artwork delivery.

• Familiarity with paid social and customer acquisition creative.

• Proficiency in motion graphics, animation, and video production.

• Background in supporting photography, motion shoots, and events.

• Experience in developing and evolving brand identities and visual systems.

• Skilled in designing campaign visuals and digital content for social media, video, landing pages, and user-generated content.

• Knowledge of modern prototyping workflows and generative AI tools.

• Ability to leverage performance data to optimize creative outputs and target ideal customer profiles.

• Capacity to provide constructive feedback and mentor junior studio members.

• Must reside in the UK and comply with UK tax residency requirements.
