Senior Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create engaging and effective creatives for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand messaging and identity (C.I.) while enhancing campaign effectiveness.

• Develop innovative concepts and transform them into visually striking designs.

• Regularly analyze and enhance social ad performance by utilizing feedback and performance metrics.

• Generate visual concepts and assets for landing pages, implementing them through AI-assisted page-builder tools.

• Create reports, infographics, and presentation designs.

• Design creatives for Google Display Ads and image extensions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in social media advertising and marketing.

• Strong expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Proven experience in creating both static and animated ads for Meta (Facebook), Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Initial experience with AI tools for developing concepts and visual content.

• Ability to comprehend user needs and design both appealing and functional layouts.

• Strong aesthetic judgment and capacity to quickly deliver creative, innovative design solutions.

• Excellent communication abilities and the capability to work effectively within a remote team.

• Proficient in both German and English languages, spoken and written.

• Structured and organized work style with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
