Senior Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop captivating and effective creatives for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand messaging and corporate identity.

• Generate creative concepts and transform them into visually striking designs.

• Regularly analyze and enhance social ad performance using feedback and performance metrics.

• Design visual concepts and assets for landing pages and execute them utilizing an AI-driven page builder.

• Create reports, infographics, and presentation designs.

• Craft creatives for Google Display Ads and image extensions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in social media advertising and marketing.

• Strong command of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience in creating both static and animated advertisements for Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Initial familiarity with AI tools for generating concepts and visual content.

• Willingness to explore the potential of AI.

• Capability to comprehend user needs and produce appealing and functional designs.

• Strong aesthetic sense and a talent for creative, innovative design solutions.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Capacity to work efficiently within a remote team.

• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.

• Organized work approach and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
