Senior Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create engaging and effective visuals for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Work alongside the marketing team to maintain brand consistency and enhance the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

• Generate creative concepts and transform them into visually striking designs that captivate target audiences and align with marketing goals.

• Regularly assess and enhance social ad performance by refining and optimizing creatives based on feedback and performance metrics.

• Design visual concepts and assets for landing pages utilizing Onepage’s AI-assisted page builder software.

• Produce reports, infographics, and presentation designs.

• Develop creatives for Google display ads and image extensions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of graphic design experience, particularly in social media advertising and marketing.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Proven experience in creating both static and motion advertisements for Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Initial experience utilizing AI assistants to draft concepts and visuals.

• Willingness to explore AI opportunities.

• Ability to comprehend user needs and design engaging, functional solutions.

• Strong aesthetic sense and capability to develop creative and innovative design solutions swiftly.

• Exceptional communication abilities and effectiveness in a remote team environment.
