This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Create, implement, and enhance data-driven marketing and personalization solutions for enterprise clients.
• Lead the comprehensive technical solution design process.
• Define architectures, data flows, and integration patterns that facilitate scalable analytics and real-time personalization.
• Supervise build quality and assist both technical and business stakeholders in navigating complex trade-offs.
• Convert business and marketing requirements into scalable technical architectures and complete data flows.
• Design real-time personalization architectures within MCP.
• Architect cross-channel marketing analytics solutions within MCI.
• Develop and sustain JavaScript logic for behavioral tracking, event configuration, and audience segmentation.
• Produce and maintain detailed architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and data flow artifacts.
• Construct and maintain automated data pipelines utilizing APIs, connectors, and standard integrations.
• Evaluate build work to ensure high quality and strict adherence to architectural standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Over 5 years of experience in technical architecture, MarTech engineering, or advanced Salesforce platform implementations.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI / Datorama) and/or Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP / Interaction Studio).
• Strong background in designing and implementing data-driven marketing analytics and personalization solutions.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, leading technical design sessions, and influencing implementation decisions.
• Salesforce Core Architecture: Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including data modeling, security, and automation using Salesforce Flow.
• Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP): In-depth expertise in implementing behavioral tracking, audience segmentation, rule-based/AI-driven personalization, and writing JavaScript for tracking logic.
• Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI): Capability to establish KPI frameworks, create dashboards, and ensure marketing data quality and governance.
• Integration & Data Flow: In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, data flow design, and the discernment to determine when to use Apex or external integrations versus declarative Flow-driven solutions.
• Language: Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) to ensure seamless collaboration with clients and precise technical documentation.
