Senior Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Taking charge of the daily coordination of a dedicated client team.

• Ensuring that marketing activities are organized, precise, aligned with brand standards, and delivered punctually.

• Leading teams and projects while preparing engaging content.

• Managing client communications, scheduling, and the publication of posts.

• Researching opportunities and addressing small but significant tasks to uphold client accounts.

• Providing proactive updates regarding content, campaigns, and filming activities.

• Coordinating approval processes and publishing timelines.

• Creating content calendars and scheduling the approved content for release.

• Investigating client industries and market trends.

• Collaborating with designers, editors, and advertising experts.

• Demonstrated experience in a marketing or client delivery position.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

• Familiarity with project management software, such as ClickUp.

• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of content creation and publishing across diverse social media platforms.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

• Technical proficiency in necessary equipment and software.
