This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop, validate, and implement data strategies for the marketing acquisition team, focusing on budget and performance while considering future needs.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain data integrity.
• Spearhead the creation and ongoing enhancement of dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor marketing performance.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources, including CRM, digital platforms, and sales reports.
• Organize and structure complex data within Excel spreadsheets to facilitate analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance) to ensure analytics align with business goals.
• Deliver actionable insights to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis for marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain data integrity.
• Senior/Lead role that prioritizes tasks, offers assistance, schedules work, but does NOT involve direct supervision.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, Data Strategy, Statistics, Economics, or a related field is preferred (Master’s degree is advantageous).
• Over 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced analysis and formulas), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and marketing platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
• Strong knowledge of digital media and direct-to-consumer marketing or equivalent experience.
• Experience in strategic planning is desirable.
• Must understand digital campaign performance, attribution, and optimization.
• Expertise in consumer conversion funnels is essential.
• Required experience with SEO, SEM, Display Ads, Video Ads, Social Media Ads, and Connected TV.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio is preferred.
• Social Media experience with platforms such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, NextDoor, and Bluesky is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of website analytics and reporting related to digital marketing.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
• Advanced expertise in MS Excel (formulas, pivots, analyses).
