This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Collaborate on comprehensive B2B funnel analytics throughout the entire customer journey (Lead → MQL → SAL → Contract), track conversion performance, pinpoint bottlenecks, and spearhead optimization efforts.
• Oversee and improve KPIs reporting infrastructure and funnel performance frameworks to aid operational and strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate forecasting and planning by analyzing pipeline dynamics, lead quality, acquisition efficiency, and conversion trends.
• Compile monthly and quarterly business performance reviews that highlight key insights, risks, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing attribution and tracking frameworks, ensuring precise measurement of lead sources, campaign influence, user journeys, and pipeline contributions.
• Direct the A/B testing and CRO process across landing pages and digital experiences, from hypothesis formulation and test setup to analysis and optimization recommendations.
• Examine user behavior using web and product analytics tools to identify friction points, engagement patterns, and conversion opportunities.
• Work in conjunction with BizDev, Pre-sales, and Digital teams to enhance analytics processes, reporting quality, and revenue impact.
• Proficient in Russian at B2 level or higher and English at B1–B2 level.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance analysis, business intelligence, or digital analytics, ideally in B2B Tech, SaaS, iGaming, or FinTech sectors.
• Extensive B2B analytics expertise with a thorough understanding of pipeline analytics, funnel performance measurement, and customer journey analysis.
• Advanced hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, event tracking, UTM governance, and conversion tracking implementation.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Python, including the application of Python analytical libraries for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong grasp of B2B funnel metrics, digital marketing KPIs, attribution methodologies, and ROI modeling.
• Demonstrated experience in leading A/B testing and CRO initiatives, encompassing hypothesis development, experimentation, and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Senior-level experience in analytics or performance-oriented roles.
