This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the planning, development, testing, and scheduling of quarterly outbound campaigns.
• Segment contacts and create audience lists for campaigns.
• Discover growth opportunities within HubSpot to enhance lead engagement and conversion.
• Ensure real-time maintenance of the overall HubSpot database hygiene.
• Prepare and update dashboards and reports for growth partners to track prospect activity and progress (sales, BD, leadership, partner sellers).
• Generate weekly reports on sales and marketing performance (pipeline health, campaign activity).
• Monitor adherence to SLA (response times, task completion, follow-ups).
• Create and manage prospect lists aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Conduct regular audits and deduplication of contact/account records, ensuring data sync accuracy across platforms.
• Leverage ZoomInfo to clean, enrich, and segment prospect data into targeted audience lists for marketing initiatives.
• Maintain shared documentation outlining workflows and processes.
• Consistently and reliably manage recurring tasks through ClickUp.
• Assist in research projects, list building, and data cleanup.
• 3–6 years of experience in a Sales Ops or Marketing Ops role (preferably within the SaaS industry).
• An MBA degree is mandatory or a degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 University.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is essential, with experience in any AI tool being an advantage.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented work style.
• Capability to draft email templates for campaigns.
• Ability to manage high-volume recurring tasks while adapting to shifting priorities.
