This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Develop ETL/data pipelines for the ingestion, transformation, and activation of enterprise data within SFMC.
• Oversee Contact Builder, focusing on identity resolution and the architecture of customer data.
• Set up Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including the configuration of business units and automation schedules.
• Diagnose and resolve issues within SFMC related to Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and APIs.
• Connect CDP and enterprise systems to create a unified customer data framework.
• Assist in CRM migration projects, ensuring a smooth and successful data transition.
• Over 6 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in SFMC, Contact Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud Connect, REST API, SOAP API, ETL, and CDP.
• Knowledge of Data Extensions, Identity Resolution, Data Modeling, and Customer Segmentation.
• Experience with CRM Integration, Event-Driven Marketing, JSON, SFTP, and Data Governance.
