This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of the B2B CRM campaign calendar, spearheading the ideation, prioritization, and implementation of lifecycle initiatives that align with commercial, product, and customer success goals.
• Develop and enhance automated lifecycle programs, encompassing awareness, consideration, conversion, and lead nurturing strategies.
• Oversee lead scoring frameworks, audience segmentation, and customer lifecycle definitions to enhance qualification, personalization, and business impact.
• Generate high-performing CRM communications from start to finish, including messaging strategy, email copywriting, template design, campaign setup, execution, and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Sales, and Commercial to ensure marketing automation is in sync with overall business objectives and sales needs.
• Organize and manage webinars and partnership initiatives as part of a broader B2B demand generation strategy.
• Create marketing assets, including landing pages and email templates, to bolster demand generation efforts.
• Track and report CRM metrics through spreadsheets and recurring reports, translating data into actionable insights.
• Continuously test new methods, utilizing AI tools, automation opportunities, and testing frameworks to enhance scalability, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, sharing campaign lessons learned with stakeholders to foster continuous improvement.

• A marketing professional with a background in CRM, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation in B2B contexts.
• Extensive hands-on experience with RD Station (mandatory). Familiarity with Pipedrive is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in designing lifecycle programs, including automation logic, lead scoring models, customer segmentation, performance enhancement, and demand generation initiatives.
• Practical experience in creating and managing landing pages, email templates, and other digital assets to support B2B campaigns.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end webinar programs, covering planning, stakeholder coordination, promotion, execution, and post-event analysis as part of a comprehensive demand generation strategy.
• Strong experience in collaborating with Commercial, Sales, and Product Marketing teams, translating business needs into scalable CRM initiatives.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities, with experience in generating reports to drive ongoing improvement. Solid Google Analytics experience is essential.
• An outstanding communicator with strong email copywriting and design skills, experienced in creating effective customer communications within established templates and brand guidelines.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working with global stakeholders (will collaborate directly with the Italy market).
• A proactive individual who excels in fast-paced environments, utilizes AI tools to enhance productivity and quality, and takes ownership from strategy through execution.
• Curious about and experienced with AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini) — you engage beyond basic usage and apply them thoughtfully and purposefully throughout all phases of your work, from strategic planning to copy refinement and results analysis.
