This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Program ownership: Take charge of the comprehensive operating model and outcomes for provider engagement and growth team initiatives, programs, and rollouts. This includes managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, and ensuring that the programs achieve their intended results. Design the workflow for these streams, maintain alignment and progress, and make necessary decisions to meet the outcomes that leadership expects.
• Lead cross-functional teams and motivate progress through influence, data, and adherence to timelines.
• Analytics & leadership decision support: Monitor program status and performance using various data sources. Convert the data into clear, timely updates for senior leadership. Offer recommendations on priority decisions, trade-offs, and mitigations that leadership should consider, and guide the future focus of the programs.
• Issue flagging & escalation: Identify risks and obstacles early and direct them to the appropriate owner. Ensure clear escalation pathways are maintained so that decisions can be made swiftly and the right stakeholders are informed at the right time.
• External stakeholder engagement: Address gaps in growth and provider engagement efforts as needed, including initial outreach to practices and providers, follow-up on engagement points, and direct conversations with practice staff and providers to maintain momentum.
• Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with market operations, growth, provider engagement, analytics, and commercial teams to ensure programs align with strategic direction. Lead through influence across teams you do not directly manage, drive decisions to resolution, and hold the group accountable for outcomes.
• Operating model & process design: Create the operating model and playbooks that enable provider engagement and growth programs to scale, establishing the standards and practices for other teams to follow rather than merely documenting existing processes.
• You are highly organized and thrive on keeping numerous moving parts on track without losing sight of details.
• You have experience in developing and overseeing physician network programs and/or clinical operations.
• Experience in healthcare or value-based care is essential, and PMP certification or an MBA is preferred.
• You are proficient with data, comfortable extracting, interpreting, and communicating program metrics from various tools like CRMs, and translating them into clear narratives for senior leaders.
• You possess strong judgment regarding when to escalate issues and are comfortable addressing concerns at higher levels when necessary.
• You are confident and approachable when interacting with external stakeholders, capable of initiating outreach to a practice, following up with a provider, or conducting check-in calls while representing CPH effectively.
• You bring over 5 years of experience in program management, operations, or client-facing roles.
• You excel in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where priorities are dynamic and speed is crucial.
• Financial Well-Being: Our dedication to attracting and retaining top talent begins with a competitive base salary and equity opportunities. We also provide a performance-based bonus program, 401k matching, and regular compensation reviews to acknowledge and reward outstanding contributions.
• Physical Well-Being: We prioritize the health and wellness of our employees and their families by offering comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Your health is important to us, and we invest in ensuring that you have access to quality healthcare.

• Additional Perks: Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offering discounted equity opportunities.
• Reimbursement for office setup expenses.
• Monthly cell phone & internet stipend.

• Paid parental leave for all new parents.
• And much more!
