This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Program ownership: Take full responsibility for the complete operating model and outcomes related to provider engagement and growth teams, managing programs, initiatives, and rollouts, which includes timelines, milestones, dependencies, and assessing whether the program achieves its intended results. Design the workflow processes, ensure alignment and progress, and make necessary decisions to meet leadership's expected outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and foster progress through influence, data insights, and timelines.
• Analytics & leadership decision support: Monitor program status and performance using various data sources. Convert data into clear, timely updates for senior leadership. Offer recommendations for priority decisions, trade-offs, and necessary mitigations, while influencing the future focus of the programs.
• Issue flagging & escalation: Identify risks and obstacles early and direct them to the appropriate owners. Establish clear escalation paths to facilitate swift decision-making and ensure the right stakeholders are informed at the correct times.
• External stakeholder engagement: Address gaps in growth and provider engagement efforts as needed, including initial outreach to practices and providers, follow-up on engagement touchpoints, and direct conversations with practice staff and providers to maintain momentum.
• Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with market operations, growth, provider engagement, analytics, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of programs with strategic objectives. Lead through influence across teams outside of your direct oversight, drive decisions to conclusion, and hold the group accountable for outcomes.
• Operating model & process design: Create the operating model and playbooks that enable provider engagement and growth programs to scale, defining the standards and practices that other teams will follow rather than merely documenting existing processes.

• You exercise sound judgment regarding when to escalate issues and feel comfortable raising concerns that require attention.
• You are confident and personable when engaging with external stakeholders, able to initiate outreach to a practice, follow up with a provider, or conduct a check-in call while representing CPH effectively.
