Senior Market Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Take charge of operational success in strategic markets, ensuring availability and offers, collecting interval data, performing performance calculations, and managing enrollment and post-event deadlines.

• Conduct high-stakes analyses that significantly impact market revenue and competitiveness.

• Transition from hands-on execution to owning outcomes, guiding team members, and eventually overseeing junior analysts.

• Spearhead new programs and product capabilities, including battery support for OR/PR programs and the launch of new SPP programs.

• Act as a subject matter expert for designated markets, providing guidance to Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.

• Navigate ambiguous decisions and perform root-cause analysis for incidents, implementing sustainable solutions.

• Ensure compliance and revenue protection standards are met while leading larger initiatives such as OR/PR and SPP projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in a role where you have directly influenced business-critical outcomes in a minimally structured environment.

• Strong and proven Python skills applied to automate real operational workflows.

• SQL knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proven ability to simplify complex situations into clear, actionable strategies that deliver measurable business results.

• Genuine and specific alignment with Voltus' mission to accelerate the clean energy transition.

• A collaborative team player who provides constructive feedback graciously.

• Experience in coaching or mentoring colleagues.

• Availability to start work by 8 AM Central Time.

• Must be eligible to work from a home location in the US or Canada.
