This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Play an essential role in retaining, growing, and optimizing host entrepreneurs and emerging hosts within your designated territory.
• Concentrate on fostering robust relationships with hosts, assisting them in optimizing their listings, refining pricing strategies, and enhancing their overall performance on Airbnb.
• Ensure the vitality and growth of our supply in your area.
• Manage hosts and acquire premium inventory.
• Strengthen Airbnb's market presence in your assigned region by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with teams to ensure compliant and sustainable market expansion.
• Formulate acquisition strategies, cultivate relationships with strategic partners, and establish new partnerships.
• Develop and enhance scalable, localized supply management strategies for enduring success.
• Over 8 years of experience in sales, account management, or partner support, with a proven history of building and expanding business relationships.
• Experience working collaboratively across various stakeholders, with the ability to influence and align teams towards common objectives.
• Proven capability to operate effectively in highly regulated, policy-driven environments, balancing business goals with compliance needs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a leads pipeline and portfolio, driving growth and retention.
• Strong quantitative skills to interpret data and apply insights for informed decision-making.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, excelling in ambiguous and fast-paced settings.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Self-motivated individual with strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
