Senior Market Access Executive – Diabetes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Developing and cultivating commercial partnerships with both statutory (GKV) and private (PKV) health insurance providers.

• Initiating digital solutions and forward-thinking projects with existing and potential contracting partners in the fields of diabetes and glucose monitoring.

• Overseeing internal accountability for revenue generation, profitability, and growth objectives from the initial project concept to successful execution.

• Crafting strategic and tactical initiatives to position Dexcom as a leader in technology and thought leadership in real-time continuous glucose monitoring (rtCGM).

• Formulating, aligning, and executing solutions while engaging all relevant departments throughout the process.

• Establishing regional payer connections to develop digital solutions and collaborate on various projects.

• Collaborating with Sales, Inside Sales, and other pertinent departments to effectively implement the company strategy.

• Nurturing personal relationships and broadening a qualified network in reimbursement and digital health solutions within the diabetes sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with payers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry to negotiate and finalize reimbursement agreements for medical devices.

• A well-established and dependable network among payers, health insurers, and other healthcare stakeholders in Germany.

• Background in one or more of the following areas: Market Access, Key Account Management / Reimbursement, Health Economics, Pricing & Reimbursement.

• Proven track record in designing and executing digital projects within the healthcare sector.
