Senior Manufacturing, Industrial Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recruit skilled professionals in the manufacturing and industrial sectors for open positions.

• Proactively source and headhunt both passive and active candidates.

• Engage in candidate outreach, initial discovery, and screening processes.

• Assess candidate qualifications in relation to job requirements.

• Confirm relevant technical experience, equipment expertise, certifications, and other necessary qualifications.

• Prepare detailed and accurate submissions for candidates.

• Oversee candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Guide candidates through interviews, offers, and placements.

• Maintain a proactive candidate pipeline with consistent follow-up.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional recruiting experience.

• Proven experience in recruiting within manufacturing and/or industrial settings.

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing and headhunting.

• Experience in independently identifying and engaging with passive candidates.

• Proficient in candidate screening and qualification.

• Ability to assess technical and manufacturing experience relative to specific job requirements.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to independently manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines.

• Established sourcing techniques and the ability to recruit without basic recruiter training.

• Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor on a commission-only basis.

• Must be based in the U.S.

• This opportunity is not suitable for new or entry-level recruiters.
