Senior Managing Consultant – Workday Grants

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of client projects.

• Collaborate with clients on Workday initiatives and create solutions for intricate challenges spanning multiple domains or clients.

• Oversee or engage in all phases of the Workday project lifecycle, including discovery, planning, design, business process configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Deliver medium to large client projects from inception to completion across several concurrent assignments while adhering to Strada’s quality standards and consulting methodologies.

• Manage projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets; coordinate with other team members as necessary.

• Offer subject matter expertise, suggest alternatives, and provide recommendations based on client requirements.

• Share insights on lessons learned, Workday best practices, and Strada’s perspectives with clients.

• Guide and mentor junior colleagues by assigning tasks and reviewing their outputs.

• Engage in internal business initiatives, domain groups, discussions, and training sessions.

• Take part in Workday ecosystem product groups and discussions.

• Act as a subject matter expert during client sales presentations.

• Maintain an advanced and specialized skill set in Workday Financials modules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of prior consulting experience in implementing Financial systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business, ADP, Ultipro, or other SaaS solutions.

• Proficient in converting business process requirements into system configurations.

• Strong skills in facilitation and presentation.

• Ability to be effectively and actively involved in multiple concurrent projects.

• Skilled at prioritizing conflicting demands and requesting resources as necessary.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to resolve complex issues and thoroughly test solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Workday Financials certification is mandatory.

• Workday R2R or Grants certification is advantageous.
