Senior Manager/Director, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of financial strategies that enhance company growth and create value for stakeholders.

• Cultivate a high-achieving analytical environment that promotes excellence and ongoing improvement.

• Manage investor communications and monitor key performance indicators throughout the organization.

• Assist in business planning, forecasting, and modeling to facilitate strategic decision-making at the executive level.

• Conduct business case analyses and provide insights to guide product, pricing, operational, and acquisition strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of advanced finance experience.

• Experience in a growth company, including the scaling of financial operations.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.

• Proven ability to convert complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.

• Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B business models is advantageous.

• CFA designation is preferred.

• Foundational experience at a leading consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or in an investment banking, private equity, or venture capital firm in an associate or similar role.

• Experience working within a diverse, distributed, remote-first team environment.
