This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of projects related to Manhattan Active WMS and OMS implementations at CEVA warehouse operations locations.
• Create thorough project plans that encompass milestones, dependencies, workstream activities, resource allocations, and deployment readiness criteria.
• Ensure that project delivery is in alignment with program governance standards and the overarching Manhattan deployment strategy.
• Coordinate activities across essential workstreams such as Operations, IT, Business Process Engineering, Testing, Training, Data Migration, and Integration teams.
• Facilitate daily and weekly meetings to ensure effective project execution, maintaining clear accountability for actions, deliverables, and resolution of issues.
• Act as a primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders involved in the deployment process.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure that execution stays on course by proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Organize all testing activities at the site level, which includes participation in SIT, ensuring UAT readiness, and validating operations.
• Lead post-go-live hypercare activities, ensuring that any defects and operational disruptions are documented, prioritized, and addressed swiftly.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 7+ years of project management experience in delivering intricate supply chain, warehouse, or enterprise IT implementations.
• Demonstrated experience in leading WMS and/or OMS deployments within distribution, e-commerce, retail, or contract logistics settings.
• A strong preference for candidates with experience in Manhattan Associates solutions, particularly Manhattan Active WMS and OMS.
• Experience in managing multi-site rollouts or extensive deployment programs is highly favored.
• Background in a 3PL environment and experience in supporting customer-specific integrations and operational needs is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and returns.
• Excellent project planning and execution governance abilities, including schedule management, tracking dependencies, and delivering milestones.
• Familiarity with systems integration concepts such as API, EDI, middleware, and customer connectivity needs.
• Experience in coordinating testing activities, including SIT and UAT execution, in collaboration with business and IT teams.
• High proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
• Capability to manage various priorities effectively and drive execution among technical and operational stakeholders.
