Senior Manager – Workday Integrations and Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• The Workday Reporting & Integrations Lead will play a pivotal role in steering the design, development, and governance of Workday integrations and reporting solutions.

• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of both inbound and outbound integrations across Workday HCM, Financials, and third-party systems.

• Address integration failures, resolve data transmission challenges, and collaborate with external vendors to ensure smooth data exchange.

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and lead report rationalization sessions to comprehend and enhance reporting needs.

• Create, develop, and sustain intricate Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, encompassing multiple full lifecycle implementations.

• Demonstrated experience in leading integration and reporting workstreams within enterprise settings.

• Strong knowledge of Workday Integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).

• Familiarity with Web Services (REST, SOAP).

• Advanced expertise in Workday Calculated Fields, Custom Reporting, and BIRT.

• Current Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Studio, Core Integration, Reporting) are highly preferred.
