β’ You possess a robust perspective on how AI will influence web strategy, operations, and digital user experiences, and you can translate that perspective into actionable systems, workflows, experiments, and measurable advancements.
β’ You demonstrate strong technical judgement and can gain the confidence of seasoned engineers while effectively communicating with marketing and executive stakeholders.
β’ You have a track record of leading web engineering teams and creating reliable, scalable, high-performance web platforms with a strong operational discipline and delivery predictability.
β’ You are knowledgeable about modern frontend engineering, CMS-driven websites, analytics, integrations, performance, security, launch operations, and AI-enhanced digital experiences.
β’ You can convert vague business requirements into precise technical plans, priorities, timelines, trade-offs, and decisions.
β’ You maintain a strong operational focus and enhance delivery through improved systems rather than relying on last-minute efforts.
β’ You value team development and know how to mentor engineers through accountability, support, and meaningful ownership.
β’ You concentrate on measurable impacts across reliability, content velocity, self-service adoption, discoverability, funnel performance, AI-driven efficiency, and user engagement.
β’ Familiarity with tools such as Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Storyblok, Vercel, Algolia, RudderStack, BigQuery, AirOps, and similar technologies.
β’ Experience utilizing AI to enhance engineering workflows, quality assurance, documentation, planning, analytics, experimentation, or operational reporting.
β’ Proven experience in creating self-service systems that empower marketing, content, events, and regional teams to operate more efficiently without sacrificing quality.
β’ Background in developing AI-enabled web experiences, agent-ready content systems, personalized interactions, chat functionalities, or websites optimized for large language models.
