This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct analysis of client segmentation and revenue data to spot trends, guide growth strategies, and discover opportunities to enhance relationships and boost retention within the Wealth Solutions client base.
• Examine operational data — including team capacity, workload distribution, wait times, and demand trends — to recognize patterns, reveal actionable insights, and formulate recommendations that promote continuous improvement across the Wealth Solutions organization.
• Develop and maintain models that monitor key operational and capacity metrics, assist in workforce planning and resource allocation, and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with leaders from Wealth Solutions, Finance, and the Business Intelligence team to convert business inquiries into analytical frameworks and clear, concise outputs.
• Create and present succinct, well-structured analyses and recommendations to senior leadership — transforming complex data into an engaging narrative.
• Track client retention, revenue trends, and operational performance metrics; proactively identify risks and opportunities with supporting analysis.
• Aid in the design and assessment of initiatives aimed at enhancing advisor productivity, client experience, and revenue growth.
• Work with the BI team to utilize existing data infrastructure and identify gaps where new data sources or reporting tools could improve decision-making.
• Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by senior leadership, demonstrating the ability to move swiftly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree required; a concentration in finance, economics, business, mathematics, or a related analytical field is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a demanding, analytical setting — such as private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or a strategy/analytics function within a high-growth company.
• Strong skills in financial and analytical modeling; comfortable creating models from scratch and stress-testing assumptions.
• Ability to distill large and complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations — focusing on not just reporting outcomes, but also explaining reasons and next steps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting analysis to senior audiences in a structured, confident, and concise manner.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; comfort in utilizing AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and synthesis is a valuable asset. Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus but not mandatory.
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Intellectual curiosity, humility, and a genuine interest in understanding how a wealth management business operates and creates value for clients.
