This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Oversees the operational management and governance of variable compensation programs across both automated and non-automated compensation processes, ensuring payouts are accurate, complete, and timely in alignment with plan provisions.
• Acts as the senior escalation point for intricate compensation-related issues.
• Establishes and supervises operational controls, review procedures, documentation standards, and practices that are audit-ready.
• Reviews and manages monthly calculations of variable compensation, reconciliations, adjustments, and payout reporting across designated workstreams.
• Collaborates with Sales, Finance, and leadership to facilitate the implementation and administration of commission and incentive programs.
• Identifies, assesses, and enhances variable compensation processes.
• Develops and presents compensation reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in areas such as variable compensation, commissions administration, financial analysis, accounting operations, or related analytical roles.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in leading teams and/or individuals in a compensation, finance, or operational setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commission and incentive compensation calculations, reconciliations, reporting, and operational controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis techniques.
• Must possess computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
