This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee enterprise University Relations initiatives and campus recruitment operations, crafting and implementing strategies that cultivate a diverse pool of high-caliber interns, co-ops, and new college graduates while providing an outstanding candidate experience.
• Design and implement the Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) early career recruiting strategy in collaboration with business leaders and HR to anticipate hiring needs, set recruiting priorities, and accomplish annual hiring goals.
• Establish and execute the enterprise partner school strategy by assessing, selecting, and nurturing strategic university alliances that align with future workforce requirements.
• Enhance the L3Harris employer brand across prominent universities and digital recruitment platforms by utilizing tools such as Yello, Handshake, the L3Harris Careers website, social media, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Direct enterprise workforce planning for early career recruitment, converting business demands into anticipatory recruiting strategies and talent pipelines.
• Promote operational excellence by designing, documenting, and continually refining university recruiting processes, governance, metrics, and standard practices to boost efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Manage the enterprise summer internship program, ensuring that interns have significant developmental opportunities while optimizing engagement, performance, and rates of full-time conversion.
• Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing University Relations team, nurturing a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional advancement.
• Collaborate with Legal, Ethics & Business Conduct, HR, and business leaders to guarantee compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including affirmative action obligations, OFCCP compliance, and audit preparedness.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree with at least 7 years of pertinent experience.
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of directly related experience is required.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise University Relations or Early Career recruitment strategies.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors; experience with university recruiting platforms such as Yello or Handshake is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leading campus recruitment programs, internship initiatives, and large-scale university partnerships.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to influence senior leaders and foster partnerships across various functions and business segments.
• Proven track record in driving process improvements, operational excellence, and change management within a talent acquisition context.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development abilities with experience in building high-performing teams.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.
