Senior Manager – UM Innovation Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Establish, clarify, and align priorities with a well-defined business rationale.

• Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams—including key internal and external stakeholders—to create, test, and roll out innovative solutions.

• Lead and oversee innovation initiatives through every phase, including ideation, solution development, and pilot execution, focusing on scalability, readiness, value realization, and continuous monitoring.

• Identify risks, formulate mitigation strategies, facilitate working sessions, and produce necessary analysis, reporting, and presentation materials.

• Promote a culture that enhances organizational strategy through our Heart At Work Behaviors by prioritizing customers and colleagues in all initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a Program and Project Delivery leader, or in a similar role managing complex business or technical capabilities within a matrix organization.

• Proven experience leading a Project Team in the development of microservices and APIs within a cloud-native architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Practical experience supporting the entire business lifecycle: discovery, requirements, development, testing, and release.

• Capability to convert business needs into clear and actionable capabilities and process documentation.

• Knowledge of collaborating with matrix teams such as architecture, development, and QA.

• Strong and effective communication and collaboration skills across various stakeholder groups.

• Ability to foster innovation in a highly cross-functional environment.

• Experience in developing or assisting in the creation of business requirements documents and process flows.
