
Senior Manager – Training & Transitions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Design, maintain, and facilitate training programs for all hotel departments.
• Collaborate in managing the people-related aspects of hotel openings, rebrands, and operational transitions.
• Create transition playbooks and act as the on-site training leader during operational shifts.
• Work alongside GMs and department leaders to pinpoint skill deficiencies and assess training effectiveness.
• Certify and nurture property-level trainers at each hotel, focusing on facilitation skills and coaching methodologies.
• Over 5 years of experience in training, talent development, or organizational effectiveness.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs across multiple properties or sites.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to various U.S. hotel locations.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools is preferred.
