Senior Manager, Total Rewards – Benelux, Nordics, Compensation, Benefits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Participate as a member of the Total Rewards Centre of Expertise Team, providing consultancy to HR teams.

• Oversee the benefits portfolio for approximately 1000 employees.

• Create and implement the regional reward strategy to align with business objectives.

• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on all facets of compensation and reward.

• Develop innovative and cost-effective methods to enhance employee reward systems.

• Formulate pay and reward strategies through benchmarking and market analysis.

• Lead all Reward communications within the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in compensation and reward roles across multiple countries.

• Demonstrated expertise in strategic change initiatives and compensation & reward solutions.

• Experience functioning as a center of expertise in a Shared Service environment.

• Background with large international organizations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.

• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Familiarity with HR processes and procedures within the Benelux region.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Willingness to travel within the region and to the broader European area as necessary.
