This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with Country HR Leaders to implement and adapt compensation programs, tools, policies, and processes across Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
• Foster strong compliance with governance and disciplined decision-making while balancing regional business requirements with enterprise-wide principles and standards.
• Establish effective working relationships with HR, business leadership, finance, and legal teams to deliver high-quality, practical compensation solutions.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives that enhance compensation processes, user experience, and overall program effectiveness.
• Work alongside HR leaders, People Partners, and business stakeholders to offer compensation guidance on pay-related decisions.
• Create, maintain, and refine salary structures and pay ranges informed by market intelligence, business strategy, and local market conditions.
• Ensure alignment of compensation policies and practices with local legal and regulatory requirements, internal controls, and the company’s compensation philosophy.
• Keep track of changes in relevant compensation-related legislation and collaborate with Country HR Leaders, Legal, People Operations, and other stakeholders to evaluate impact and implement necessary updates.
• Aid in the application of job architecture, job evaluation, and leveling frameworks to ensure alignment between roles and compensation structures.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations and insights to support compensation decisions and the broader Total Rewards strategy.
• Lead and manage projects related to global Total Rewards initiatives.
• Provide Total Rewards support for a designated client group or business line.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive professional experience in compensation, Total Rewards, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing compensation practices in a regional, country, or business-aligned capacity.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative partnership abilities.
• Fluent in English.
• Capability to work independently in a senior individual contributor role with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Strong knowledge in salary structure development, market pricing, job evaluation, and administration of compensation programs.
• Understanding of compensation-related compliance requirements and regulations within the relevant regions.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and advise HR and business leaders on intricate compensation issues.
• Experience in a global, matrixed, and fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters discreetly.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with compensation technology, HR systems, and external market data sources.
