This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Accountable for the enhancement and operational management of Oak Street Health's comprehensive Telepsychiatry program, which serves over 230 centers with a team of 15 psychiatric providers.
• Collaborate with the Telepsych Medical Director to create and oversee strategies for provider engagement and performance.
• Design and execute a learning and engagement strategy tailored for psychiatric providers.
• Broaden analysis and reporting concerning the usage and integration of telepsychiatry services.
• Drive the incorporation and utilization of our telepsychiatry program throughout Oak Street Health's network.
• Develop a framework for evaluating the level of integration of the Behavioral Health program at the regional scale.
• Partner with regional leaders across the organization to identify and overcome barriers to care and the integration of the Telepsychiatry program.
• Facilitate the onboarding of centers new to Behavioral Health to ensure a smooth integration of telepsychiatry services.
• Lead the execution of all operational initiatives related to Telepsych.
• Establish work procedures and processes that align with company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with other Behavioral Health leaders to devise methods for enhancing the integration and utilization of the Behavioral Health program.
• Work in collaboration with Central leaders to guarantee effective design and implementation planning, including Data, Product, Managed Care Operations, Clinical Operations & Learning, among others.
• Responsible for key Behavioral Health metrics, such as integration and utilization measures.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or related fields working with healthcare providers.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to establish trust and confidence among a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and influencing capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis; highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that facilitate effective stakeholder engagement.
• A pleasantly persistent approach to challenges.
• Quick adaptability to a high level of ambiguity.
