Senior Manager – Technology Strategy and Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance EY’s capabilities in Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, and AI Transformation.

• Organize and lead high-level workshops focused on IT Strategy, AI Strategy, and Digital Transformation.

• Create and implement comprehensive enterprise roadmaps that facilitate omni-channel, data-driven, and AI-enabled experiences.

• Establish IT and AI governance frameworks, along with associated policies and procedures.

• Provide strategic planning and budget management advice to IT and Digital leadership.

• Perform assessments of current states across business capabilities, IT, and AI operating models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 18 years of experience in technology consulting, architecture, or digital transformation.

• BTech/MBA/MCA degree from a recognized institution.

• Strong understanding of Emerging Technologies.

• Experience working with big four firms or similar organizations in direct client consulting roles.

• Familiarity with industry standards such as COBIT 5, ITIL V4, and TOGAF.

• Proven experience in creating and delivering impactful client presentations.

• Willingness to travel to the MENA region and engage directly with EY clients on various projects.
