Senior Manager - Technology, Microservices, Middleware & Platforms

• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring the successful execution of projects within established timelines, budgets, and scopes.

• Supervise the development and ongoing operations, focusing on quality and compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

• Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team as well as with other departments.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and contributions.

• Stay informed about industry developments, attend relevant conferences, and contribute to the advancement of the technology community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven history of leading and managing technology projects, particularly in the domains of BAW, Microservices, and API gateway.

• Practical experience with BAW, Microservices, and DevOps, with the capability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.

• A thorough understanding of software development lifecycles and best practices.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver successful projects.

• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for remaining updated on the latest technology trends.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus.

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
