• Leading a systematic evaluation of technical training requests from various teams and collaborators, assessing, approving, and directing each request based on strategic alignment and resource availability.
• Developing a scalable governance framework to accommodate the increasing training demand, reducing redundancy, and guiding requestors towards existing resources.
• Collaborating with curriculum teams to tailor the NVIDIA Academy portfolio for partner audiences, ensuring it aligns with their unique requirements.
• Co-facilitating partner workshops and acting as a trusted training consultant within the NPN community.
• Overseeing the training programs team for NVIDIA Infrastructure Services.
• Assisting in the implementation of the NVIS onboarding and training framework in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of overall professional experience, including more than 4 years in leading or managing technical training, enablement, or technical program management.
• Proficiency with NVIDIA's technology stack or a proven ability to swiftly grasp complex technical platforms.
• Demonstrated success in fostering alignment within a fast-paced, matrixed organization involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience in presenting technical information to diverse audiences.
• Sound judgment when handling competing priorities, with the confidence to make definitive decisions and articulate the reasoning to requestors.
