Senior Manager, Technical Product Management – Specialty Pharmacy Digital Experiences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, implementation, and results of a range of specialty pharmacy digital experiences.

• Establish the vision for what should be developed, its significance, and its alignment with AcariaHealth and Centene priorities.

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers.

• Outline product strategy and establish priorities throughout the portfolio.

• Take responsibility for measurable outcomes, including enhancements in medication adherence, patient satisfaction, and the efficiency of specialty pharmacy operations.

• Ensure that product decisions lead to tangible impacts for patients, caregivers, pharmacy teams, and the overall business.

• Serve as a crucial liaison among pharmacy operations, clinical teams, IT, security, and business leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field), or equivalent hands-on experience.

• 8+ years of experience in product management, technical product leadership, or digital delivery within the healthcare, pharmacy, or similar regulated sectors.

• Proven track record of leading significant initiatives, managing complex product portfolios, or guiding teams of product managers.

• Experience in contributing to or taking ownership of planning, prioritization, and investment decisions at the program or portfolio level.

• Established ability to collaborate with senior leaders and direct cross-functional teams towards common objectives.
