This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, develop, and sustain technical certification programs, onboarding curricula, and ongoing skill development pathways for Sales, Customer Success, Services, Support, and Partner teams.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of the technical enablement curriculum, from needs assessment and content creation to delivery, refinement, and retirement, applying established instructional design principles.
• Build and maintain a collection of field-ready technical enablement materials: eLearning courses, playbooks, battle cards, objection handling guides, demo scripts, and case studies, utilizing AI-assisted authoring tools to enhance production quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and GTM teams to convert intricate platform concepts, security, architecture, integrations, and new product launches into field-ready content that promotes immediate application.
• Design and implement demo excellence initiatives for Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, and Partner teams, including demo environment preparation, scenario scripting, and live coaching.
• Facilitate pre-sales, post-sales, and partner enablement by providing BDRs, AEs, CS, Services, and partner managers with technical fluency programs that reduce sales cycles and boost conversion confidence.
• Define and monitor enablement KPIs such as time-to-productivity for new hires, content utilization rates, learner engagement metrics, and field performance indicators (win rate, ramp speed, quota attainment).
• Establish and uphold a systematic feedback loop with field teams, gathering insights on content deficiencies, readiness obstacles, and program effectiveness, and act upon that feedback regularly.
• Leverage data and an AI feedback loop to continuously enhance program effectiveness and communicate impact to stakeholders during quarterly business reviews.
• Advocate for AI best practices throughout the organization, demonstrating how GTM teams can integrate AI tools into their daily operations rather than just occasional use.
• Develop and scale AI adoption playbooks for GTM roles, tracking adoption rates and documenting workflow outcomes across teams.
• 5+ years in technical enablement, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or product training within a SaaS environment, with a proven record of developing programs that yield measurable field results.
• Proven ability to convert complex technical concepts into field-ready content for non-technical audiences, with the credibility to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience in creating and managing technical certification programs, onboarding curricula, and blended learning experiences (live, eLearning, and just-in-time formats).
• Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Comfortable working with an enablement tech stack that includes LMS/LXP platforms, Salesforce, Gong, and AI-assisted authoring tools.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows and assisting others in doing the same. You not only use AI but also advocate for it, train others, and measure adoption.
• Familiarity with web development platforms and modern web workflows is a plus; the ability to quickly develop deep platform expertise is essential. Prior hands-on experience with Pantheon, WordPress, Drupal, or Next.js is a welcome advantage, but not a requirement.
• Industry-competitive compensation and equity plan
• Flexible time off, sick days, and 13 paid holidays
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Paid parental leave, along with fertility, adoption, and family planning benefits
• In-office workspace available in select cities
• Monthly allowance for wellness, reading, and professional development
• LinkedIn Learning access for ongoing growth
• Company events and team activities designed to inspire, educate, and connect
