Senior Manager, Tech Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in defining and refining the technology and product strategy for Allergan Aesthetics projects.

• Convert business goals, user requirements, and market dynamics into actionable roadmap suggestions.

• Create business cases, opportunity analyses, and impact models to facilitate strategic decision-making.

• Identify gaps in the market, emerging needs, and areas for long-term innovation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, uncover dependencies, and outline execution strategies.

• Lead the assessment of partnership, integration, and platform opportunities as required.

• Integrate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear strategic recommendations for leadership.

• Track progress against goals and assist in measuring business outcomes connected to strategic initiatives.

• Support a user-focused approach that prioritizes customer and consumer experiences in product decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, digital transformation, or a related field, including a minimum of 3 years at a top consulting firm is preferred.

• Proven ability to address complex challenges and translate vague inquiries into actionable strategies.

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in developing business cases, assessing trade-offs, and providing data-driven recommendations.

• Established history of cross-functional collaboration and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
